InMage veteran Bob Sandie has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and Channel Sales. In his new role, his responsibilities include driving revenue growth in all APAC markets, expanding sales and business development partnerships, and increasing InMage’s deployment and support throughout the region. Mr. Sandie will also oversee the company’s worldwide channel sales organization. The APAC announcement is part of a strategic international expansion that includes Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and addresses growing demand for disaster recovery and business continuity solutions around the globe.

Mr. Sandie has over 15 years of executive-level experience in the software industry, specializing in business development and new markets. Prior to joining InMage, he served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Solidcore Systems, an IT change control and governance company. During his tenure, he assembled enterprise, channel, business development and OEM sales teams that achieved rapid growth in this emerging technology space. Mr. Sandie also previously served as Vice President of Global Alliances for IONA Technologies, a SOA infrastructure company, and managed business development at webMethods, a provider of business process integration software. His previous experience includes executive positions with Veritas/Seagate Software, Macro 4 Inc., Knowledge Direct, Inc. and Sumitomo America.
