Intronis Moves HQs From Englewood Cliffs, CA to Boston, MA

And the online backup and archiving vendor doubles yearly sales and increases staff.

Intronis Technologies, a provider of online data backup, archiving and recovery services, has moved its headquarters from Englewood Cliffs, N.J. to a larger building in Boston, Mass. in preparation for its next stage of growth. The new location will also allow Intronis to take advantage of the rich talent pool in the greater Boston area.

The new headquarters on Congress Street in Boston will be home to the company’s operations, sales and marketing while the Englewood Cliffs location will serve as the company’s research, development and support services dedicated facility. "Boston, long known for its available talent within the East Coast technology corridor, provides the best location for our continuing recruitment efforts as we continue to gain market traction and prepare for our next stage of growth," said Sam Gutmann, president and CEO of Intronis.

Intronis, which now boasts 50 employees, has more than doubled its year-to-year sales. Their ongoing success is due to the ever-increasing market acceptance and adoption of their eSureIT online backup software and the eSureIT Partner Enablement Program. "We are on target to hit our milestones of over 2,000 partners and 5,000 customers by late Q2 of this year," added Gutmann. "The tremendous reception that we continue to experience is due to our singular focus on providing channel partners with the tools necessary to shorten ramp-up times, having the right mix of sales materials to support their marketing efforts and having an old fashioned dedicated sales/technical staff to provide personalized ‘single-point-of-contact’ service for their growing customer needs."

By providing partners with the flexibility to refer, resell or rebrand its eSureIT online backup service to suit individual business needs, the Intronis partner program adds significant value to their partners’ bottom line. "As a systems integrator in the healthcare industry, it is comforting to know that Intronis will bend over backwards to accommodate our needs, as well as the needs of our customers," noted C.J. Ezell, president of Arrival Systems, Inc. "The instances in which Intronis has demonstrated its astounding dedication and constant flexibility are incalculable — ranging from the support provided when we acquired a competitor to the ability to add product functionality upon customer request. We feel this type of customer service is a rarity in the industry."

"Accolades from our partners validates that we are on-track with our business model. We will continue to drive customer centric innovation and invest in both market outreach and technological leadership with award winning products like our eSureIT solution to better serve our customer base," concluded Gutmann.
