GlassHouse Purchases IT Consulting Firm TPP Group
To expand its storage management capabilities across the UK

The agreement was completed on May 22, 2008 for an undisclosed amount, and TPP employees have already joined the GlassHouse team at the company’s EMEA headquarters in Weybridge. TPP clients will also be joining the GlassHouse roster. This acquisition provides GlassHouse with additional project and program management capabilities that strengthen the company’s storage management teams. TPP also bolster’s GlassHouse’s European presence and provides added support to existing partnerships.
“GlassHouse has a strategic plan for growth and development in the European market as well as globally,” said Paul Hammond, GlassHouse UK MD. “Our storage heritage positions us to tackle off aspects of business and IT evolution that other consultancies don’t have the expertise for, including broader IT infrastructure challenges and virtualization planning and implementation.
