Centerfield Agrees with S4i to acquire disk/HUNTER

Centerfield announces agreement with S4i to acquire disk/HUNTER. The deal
will bring together two innovative solutions that help IBM System i people and
companies strategically manage DASD.

Centerfield
entered into this agreement with S4i for the following
reasons:

  well-deserved reputation for excellent customer service.
• The natural
  synergy between S4i’s DASD+ product and the capabilities of disk/HUNTER.
