Swissbit will be among over 800 exhibitors and 40,000 international attendees showcasing the latest in automation, robotics, machine vision, motion control, and industrial AI.

The product lineup spans SSDs (SATA and PCIe), memory cards (SD, microSD), managed NAND solutions (e.MMC), and USB drives – all designed to endure extreme temperatures, shock, vibration, and other environmental stressors. These solutions are essential for reducing downtime and enhancing efficiency across factory automation and embedded systems, making Swissbit a trusted supplier for manufacturers worldwide.

At Automate 2025, 4 key products will be featured:

  • US Premiere: e.MMC M1100: A compact e.MMC 5.1 solution offering 8GB of MLC NAND flash, integrated power fail protection, optimized firmware, and advanced read-disturb management. It is designed for industrial applications (-40°C to +85°C) and extended automotive use (-40°C to +105°C).
  • N3000 Series PCIe SSDs: This Gen4 PCIe SSD family incorporates DRAM-based controllers and optimized thermal and power management. Available in M.2 form factors from 80GB  to 1.92TB, select models include the Swissbit powersafe PLP feature for enhanced data protection.
  • PCIe Gen4 SSD A1200: Delivering performance and low latency through TLC Direct firmware and an 8-channel DRAM controller, this SSD is available in M.2-2280 format with capacities ranging from 480GB  to 1.92TB, ideal for server and high-end industrial applications.
  • Security Upgrade Kit: A compact, industrial-grade microSD card solution featuring hardware-based access control and real-time AES-256 encryption. It secures embedded systems via customizable protection profiles and secure boot, ideal for retrofitting existing systems.
