Using PaperOffice DMS on the firm’s NAS allows centralized management of stored documents. PaperOffice uses MariaDB to enhance of document digitization. PaperOffice’s search, offline work, automated file management features coupled with Asustor NAS’s backup mechanisms and snapshot features, which ensures the security of document storage and also assists enterprises in managing large volumes of documents smoothly and efficiently.
