He spent the past 5 years serving as SVP, general counsel, and corporate secretary at Maxar Technologies, in space technology and geospatial intelligence. During his tenure, he significantly strengthened the legal and compliance functions, established a successful litigation track-record, and played a pivotal role in multiple complex transactions. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years at Aramark Corporation, where he held leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
He earned a J.D. at Harvard Law School and a B.A. in economics at Yale University.
