Riccardo Di Blasio Resigned as CRO of Commvault
After nearly 5 years in company

The company and its board thanks him for nearly 5 years of dedicated service to its employees, customers and partners, and wish him well in his future endeavors.
This resignation was not associated with or attributable to any disagreement with the company, including without limitation, any matter relating to the company’s accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, internal controls, management or operations.
Note that Di Blasio was COO of Cohesity from 2015 to 2016, SVP sales and marketing vCloud at VMware from 2012 to 2015, and worked at EMC from 2001 to 2012 ending as SVP sales and alliances, cloud service providers.
