Woody Young President, Solidigm

Woody Young, a current member of the Solidigm Technology‘s board of directors, has been appointed company president.

He is responsible for finance, strategy, corporate development, human resources, legal and IT.

He has had a career of more than 30 years in investment banking. Most recently, he was chair of mergers and acquisitions for Perella Weinberg Partners, where he was also responsible for the firm’s large cap telecom and media advisory business. His past employers include Lazard Ltd., Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and First Boston.

He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
