Victor Dohlmann Senior Regional Director for Nordics, Veeam

Veeam Software, Inc. promoted Victor Dohlmann to senior regional director for Nordics.

Bringing 10 years of experience of working within the region in key directorial and management roles, he will build upon Veeam’s existing strong presence in the Nordics, to elevate its position as provider of Modern Data Protection solutions spanning cloud, virtual, physical, hybrid, SaaS and Kubernetes.

In addition to day-to-day business and sales, he holds responsibility for the local channel program reporting to Vasily Vaganov, regional VP, North Eastern EMEA and Middle East.

One of Dohlmann’s first actions will be to appoint a dedicated director to lead firm’s Nordics Enterprise Segment demonstrating its ongoing commitment to meeting the specific Modern Data Protection challenged faced by enterprise clients.

He has distinguished himself several times in the decade that he has been working across the Nordics with Veeam. I have personally worked with Victor for several years and as organisations seek to ensure their Modern Data Protection needs meet the complex challenges of today’s business landscape, Victor’s vast experience and knowledge will be pivotal in helping customers in the Nordic markets achieve this. I am confident that he will help us to remain #1 vendor of choice in backup and continue Veeam’s fast growth across all Nordics countries and market segments, expanding our presence in all types of IT environments: hybrid or public clouds, SaaS, private virtual, physical or Kubernetes.”

Prior to assuming his new position, Dohlmann was regional director for Denmark and Norway since 2020, and before that director, commercial sales Nordics, rising from a management position overseeing all Nordic territory managers. In his former position, he established the company as those countries’ provider of Modern Data Protection solutions, and has formed alliances with some of the leading organizations in Denmark and Norway.
