Asustor Advanced Replacement Service

Asustor Inc. has launched its Advanced Replacement Service, also known as ARS, in USA to better serve business and enterprise customers.

With ARS, if a hardware failure happens while the product is within warranty, Asustor will, upon approval, send a replacement unit before receipt of a malfunctioning unit, ensuring enterprises and businesses can trust company’s products to satisfy their storage requirements while also reducing downtime. 

Requirements:  

1.    You must purchase Asustor products from an authorized US dealer or retailer to use ARS.  
2.    ARS is limited to the 48 states of the contiguous US.  
3.    It is currently limited to the Lockerstor 10 Pro, Lockerstor 12RD, Lockerstor 12R Pro and Lockerstor 16R Pro.
