Net sales of spindle motors for HDDs increased 3.8% to ¥27,419 million for 3FQ21 compared to 2FQ21 mainly due to an increase in the number of high-value-added products sold. They represent 5.5% of total sales.
They decreased 34% to ¥76,859 million for this 9-month period compared to the same period of the previous year due to a decrease in the number of units sold.
