History (1998): Court of First Instance in Paris, France, Rejected Motion Filed by Iomega

SyQuest Technology reported that the Court of First Instance in Paris, France, rejected the motion filed last March by Iomega seeking to prevent SyQuest from distributing SyJet 1.5GB cartridges in that country.

The day before the French court issued its decision, SyQuest received notice that Iomega had filed another suit making similar claims with regard to SparQ 1GB cartridges.
