The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: “A suspension for a disk device comprises a load beam, a flexure and a damper member. The flexure overlaps the load beam, and comprises a tongue on which a slider is mounted and an outrigger connected to the tongue. The damper member is attached to the load beam. The outrigger comprises an arm opposing the load beam, and a folded portion extending from the arm and folded back in a thickness direction of the arm. Further, the folded portion is attached to the damper member.”
