History (1998): Exabyte President CEO Bill Marriner Now Also COB

Bill Marriner, 45, CEO and president of Exabyte, adds to his responsibilities that of COB, succeeding Peter Behrendt, 59, the former chairman who will nevertheless remain on the company’s board, where he has sat since 1987, from now on as Professor of Entrepreneurship, University of Colorado.
