Innodisk 112-Layer 3D TLC Series Up to 8TB for U.2 and 4TB for M.2 Industrial SSDs

Innodisk Corp. has launched 112-layer 3D TLC series of SSDs for industrial applications.

It is an evolution of the previous 96-layer PCIe Gen 3×4 series and features higher capacity, performance, and improved data security. This series guarantees up to 3,000 P/E cycles. With an internally developed firmware, capacities up to 8TB for U.2 SSD and 4TB for M.2 (P80) are available.

This firmware guarantees high stability without sudden performance drops as well as a reduced Write Amplication Factor (WAF). With integrated iDataGuard and iPowerGuard, the series provides compatibility and protection in critical power environments and ensures data integrity in the event of a sudden power failure.

This series features AES 256-bit encryption and TCG Opal 2.0, which protect data from access by unauthorized users. By integrating LDPC, RAID ensures data integrity while providing a range of RAID overhead protection. This company’s SSD series is suitable for applications in AIoT, 5G, edge computing, deep learning, smart surveillance and smart medical.

The storage is available in 2.5″ SATA SSD 3TG6-P, CFast 3TE7, M.2 (S80) 3TE7, M.2 (S80) 3TG6-P, M.2 (S42) 3TE7, M.2 (S42) 3TG6-P, mSATA 3TE7 and mSATA 3TG6-P.
