Amy Cappellanti-Wolf Chief Human Resources Officer, Cohesity

Cohesity, Inc. announced that Amy Cappellanti-Wolf joined the company to serve as chief human resources officer (CHRO).

In this role, she is responsible for spearheading workforce strategies, including global talent acquisition and development, employee experience, total rewards and well-being, and the real estate/workplace environment. She’s also responsible for aligning strong culture with its business strategy – critical as the company continues to expand as more customers and partners turn to Cohesity to simplify data management.  

She brings to Cohesity vast HR experience across leading tech, entertainment, and consumer product companies. Before joining the company, she served as senior VP, CHRO, corporate real estate, and global diversity and inclusion lead at security company Symantec Corp. Prior to that, she was CHRO at Silver Spring Networks Inc. She also held HR leadership roles at Cisco Systems Inc., Sun Microsystems, The Walt Disney Company, and PepsiCo.

Cappellanti-Wolf serves on the boards of Softchoice, a North American provider of technology solutions and managed services; Betterworks, a continuous performance management platform company; and Pivotal, a community that focuses on foster youth education and employment. She is a member of the Betterworks HR Advisory Council, the Hitch Advisory Council, and she was the 2018 recipient of the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology award.
