Jonathan Maltos VP of People, Qumulo

In this role, he is responsible for expanding global hiring and spearheading employee engagement and development initiatives, and will play a key role in accelerating the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
He brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience with talent acquisition, learning and development, retention, employee relations, and more. He joins from gaming company, Big Fish Games, where he served as the VP of HR and led the company’s people operations through several business transformations and acquisitions. He has also held numerous HR leadership and consulting roles at corporations such as Aon Hewitt, Darigold and Washington Mutual Bank.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Washington.
