UltraBac V10.4.0 With 1, 2 or 3 Levels of DR in Single Backup/Replication Pass to Protect Vs. Malware Infections and Ransomware Attacks
And any unbootable event impacting uptime
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on April 23, 2021 at 2:00 pmUltraBac v10.4.0 is available offering 1, 2 or 3 levels of DR in a single backup/replication pass to protect vs. malware infections, ransomware attacks, and any unbootable event impacting uptime.
Mix and match protection with:
-
Image backup. Restore an image backup to the same or different hardware. Use Express Mode to the same hardware in a few clicks. Use Advanced Mode to different hardware. Recover a failed server in 15-20 minutes.
-
Continuous replication to Hyper-V or vSphere. Creates a VHDX/VMDK file on a virtual host and keeps it up-to-date with every block level replication. Failover to a VM in 1mn.
-
Continuous replication to Azure. Creates a bootable disk in storage with unlimited block level point-in-time snapshots. Replicated servers can be tested or perform a failover/migration operation in 1-3mn.
Failed backup/replications are self-healing as of the next successful operation. The pruning logic in v10.4.0 has also been simplified to automatically delete backups as expiration parameters are met.
With the company’s solution, a customer can license any combination of DR options that meet their BC goals.
