History (1995): Seagate Adds Creative Interaction Technologies to Roster

Seagate Technology has added yet another company to its roster, Creative Interaction Technologies (Chapel Hill, NC), maker of AshWin, a batch scheduler for heterogeneous client/server computing.

Seagate anticipates that it will incure a one-time write-off of process R&D of approximately $6 million during fiscal quarter ending in June.
