History (1993): StorageTek Filed Suit Vs. EMC

Storage Technology Corp. (Louisville, CO) has filed a suit vs. EMC Corp. (Hopkinton, MA) alleging that EMC’s solid state technology is violating its own caching intelligent queuing.

EMC termed the suit “without merit.“
