RackNerd Partners With JetBackup
Adding instant snapshot restores for shared/reseller hosting

It is leveraging JetBackup’s platform to handle automated and daily off-site backups for all of its shared and reseller hosting servers.
JetBackup is a backup solution for the web hosting industry and is considered cPanel’s preferred server backup solution.
RackNerd’s shared and reseller hosting clients will be able to access backups at their fingertips, and choose to either download the snapshot, or restore their hosting account from that snapshot. The backups are set up to be redundant, and are distributed securely to multi geographical offsite DR sites to ensure HA.
“Customers will be pleased to know that our underlying backup infrastructure and procedure is designed in a manner that is segregated to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, to make our backups highly available, we re-replicate all of our backups to multiple points of presences (POPS) in off-site DR datacenters, all while without compromising quality or performance to the end user or the actual production server,” explains Dustin B. Cisneros, CEO, RackNerd.
The new feature is available, and accessible via RackNerd’s cPanel interface.
