Former WD CEO Steve Milligan no More Director
Just resigned from board.

He tendered his resignation in accordance with the company’s corporate governance guidelines as a result of a significant change in occupation following his retirement as CEO.
His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the firm on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.
