Bocada Backup Reporting Capabilities for N2WS Backup and Recovery

Bocada LLC has announced a set of backup reporting capabilities for N2WS Backup and Recovery, formerly Cloud Protection Manager (CPM).

The plug-in will offer enterprise customers using or evaluating N2WS Backup and Recovery a centralized tool for overseeing their backup performance across hybrid, private and public cloud implementations.

This announcement follows on the heels of recent releases featuring AWS Backup, Druva Phoenix, Cohesity, Rubrik and Azure Cloud Backup reporting, extending the company’s leadership in data protection oversight across hybrid-cloud environments. Organizations using Backup and Recovery can gain visibility into backup successes and failures, backup policy configuration, and SLA compliance, in addition to other much-needed backup oversight reporting.

Matt Hall, sales leader, Bocada, notes that adding native Backup and Recovery reporting affords organizations the necessary flexibility to select backup products that fit their organizational needs: “As our customers evaluate their digital transformation options, centralized oversight of their entire backup environment is a core part of their consideration process.
