Qnap QDA-SA2 6Gb SATA 2.5-inch SSD to 3.5-inch SAS Drive Adapter

Qnap Systems, Inc. added the QDA-SA2 6G 2.5-inch SATA SSD to 3.5-inch SAS drive adapter to the QDA family.

The QDA-SA2 is designed for dual controller Windows/Linux SAS servers and the firm’s Enterprise ZFS NAS.

The QDA-SA2 drive adapter allows installing a 2.5-inch SATA 6G SSD in a 3.5-inch SAS drive bay on dual controller servers and the Enterprise ZFS NAS, enabling SAS dual-port capacity on the SATA drive to ensure a HA and fault tolerant enterprise storage environment. Users can replace an SAS drive with a SATA SSD to meet various storage demands and budget requirements.
