Paul von Stamwitz Board’s Director, SNIA

The Storage Networking Industry Association has appointed Paul von Stamwitz as a new member of the board of directors through October 2020.

He has over 35 years of experience in the storage industry where he has had various roles as developer, manager, technologist, and strategist. He currently has a leadership role in the development and promotion of corporate strategies and roadmaps of Fujitsu’s storage products. He leads an advanced development team focused on next generation storage architectures, including Ceph, SPDK, and SDS.

He is senior storage architect at Fujitsu since 2010 after working for Applied Micro Circuits Corporation as CTO, 3ware (acquired by AMCC), TrueSAN Networks and Adaptec for 15 years and Honeywell Information Systems for 5 years.
