One-Inch High FDDs by Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi announced a new series of 1-inch high slim line FDDs.

There are two models, MF353C and MF355C, each one able to include a HC-MOS or TIL interface 110 level.

The first ones have an unformatted capacity of 1MB, these 1MB in low density and 2MB in high density.

Access time track to track is 3ms and the average access time is 94ms. Single 5V power supply. Push button FD ejector. Door/shutter against dust.
