Samsung, Toshiba Pay $25M To Exit Disk Drive Price-Fix MDL
Samsung and Toshiba agreed to pay $25 million to end allegations they participated in an industry-wide conspiracy to fix optical disk drive prices, according to a motion for preliminary approval of the deal in California federal court Thursday.
