Cohesity Achieved AWS Storage Competency Status

Cohesity, Inc., in hyperconverged secondary storage, achieved AWS Storage Competency status for its cloud storage solutions.

This recognition certifies that Cohesity has met technical proficiency requirements identified by AWS, and is also delivering integrated storage solutions with customer success.

Cohesity DataPlatform supports AWS, empowering enterprises to take advantage of the agility, scalability, and cost effectiveness of AWS while benefiting from a hyperconverged solution that consolidates secondary apps and data – including backup, long-term archival, test/dev, and DR.

This allows organizations to eliminate an array of data silos that are inefficient and costly to manage, and instead bring everything together in a single interface that is simple to use and can unlock new opportunities to extract valuable insights from untapped data.

AWS is enabling scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from start-ups to enterprises. To support the integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify consulting and technology partners in the AWS Partner Network (APN) that have demonstrated domain experience in specialized solution areas. AWS conducted a technical review of Cohesity’s integrated cloud solutions to help ensure the offerings can be deployed and implemented on AWS.
