Certification by ServiceNow is granted to apps available in the Store and signifies that Aptare Backup Manager solution has completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design, implementation, and integration of the company’s Backup Manager with ServiceNow.
Backup Manager provides reporting and analytics across enterprise global data protection environments, independent of the underlying backup technologies. It optimizes the global data protection environment, illuminates both over and under-protected digital assets, and streamlines audits and associated compliance reporting requirements.
The Backup Manager solution for ServiceNow allows corporations to reduce the time-to-resolution for complex or voluminous data protection incidents. Users in ServiceNow can see key issue details such as client, policy, error number/message, to quickly identify root-cause and resolve the problem. Backup details and incident numbers and status are automatically synchronized between the Aptare and ServiceNow applications providing the full audit trail required for SLA reporting and compliance.
