Lifeboat to Distributing SEP Software Enterprise Backup and DR Solutions

Lifeboat will sell SEP Software’s backup and DR products, including solutions for a range of virtual hypervisors, databases, and groupware offerings to its network of VARs, system integrators, and MSPs in North America and Mexico. The company’s product lines allow customers to manage large environments from a central location while giving remote offices local access.
SEP’s portfolio includes the ability to backup data from either physical (Windows, Linux, Unix) servers or virtual servers, onsite or in the cloud, and includes solutions for VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Red Hat RHV, KVM and zVM hypervisors.
Flexible licensing models allow the reseller or MSP to offer a range of solutions, including perpetual, volume, subscription and socket pricing. SEP offers an array of backup solutions for groupware, including MS Exchange, database coverage, including MS SQL, Oracle, and SAP HANA, and the user community the possibility of replacing several backup solutions with one – ‘One solution to control them all.’
