Some of you might have seen him on stage during NetApp Insights conference. Many people had doubt about his return when he announced a sabbatical period.
He is still one of the pioneers of the all-flash array storage wave with SolidFire. He was the founder and CEO of the company in 2010 he then sold it to NetApp early 2016 for $870 million in cash. Before its quiet period, he was VP and GM for the SolidFire business at NetApp, following the acquisition.
Before that, he was CEO and founder of JungleDisk in 2006 also sold this time in 2009 to Rackspace.
