He brings more than 20 years of experience in security, cloud, mobile, and IT management. In previous roles, he helped evolve companies from IT management technologies to security-focused solutions.

With the continuously evolving threat landscape, IT teams across the enterprise are changing how they think about security perimeters and structure. In his role, Juncker will focus on leading, mentoring, and growing the software development and delivery teams. This includes accelerating product innovations into real-time visibility for organizations through cloud-based endpoint data protection and recovery.

Before joining Code42, Juncker was VP of R&D at Ivanti, in the security and IT management space, where he worked on projects from cloud-delivered analytics to hybrid cloud security. His portfolio included products and technologies from the AppSense, LANDESK, Heat Software, and Shavlik product organizations. Prior to Ivanti, he was senior director of R&D at VMware Inc. In this role, he led numerous product teams inclusive of their security line of guest OS patch management solutions and their VMware Go cloud-delivered virtualization platform.
In his spare time, he spends time shuttling his three ice hockey and lacrosse-playing children between rinks and fields, or watching his Stanley Cup-destined Minnesota Wild play. He and wife Sarah also allocate time and resources for giving back to the local community through a number of charitable endeavors.
