iland With Secure Cloud Services From New Data Center in Sydney, Australia

iland Internet Solutions Corporation launched its Secure Cloud Services from a data centre in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

With one third of Australian businesses now opting to use the cloud, this rapid 19% increase in the Australian cloud market opens the door for the company to expand its secure and compliant hosting for infrastructure (IaaS), DR (DRaaS), and backup as a service (BaaS) solutions to Australian customers.

Not only can customers work directly with the company, the expansion of the firm’s channel program will assist resellers and MSPs to take advantage of the cloud services opportunity.

Brian Ussher, president and co-founder, iland, said with the growing demand for secure cloud hosting in Australia combined with an increase in data breaches, cloud security and compliance as well as reliable backup and DR strategies are becoming a priority for Australian businesses.

Following research into the chosen data centre facility in Australia, the company will host its services in the NEXTDC Ltd. S1 data centre, a facility with NABERS 4.5-star level of energy efficiency. NEXTDC is Australia’s independent data centre operator with a nationwide network of facilities.
