Replacing Dr. Norman Fraser becoming executive chairman

He steps up from his current role as company’s president, having previously led SoftIron’s North American operations.
Outgoing CEO, Dr. Norman Fraser, will continue to serve the company as executive chairman.

An engineer by background, Massey began his career at Texas Instruments, moving to tech start-up leadership roles, including GM at Leadis, founder and CEO at Mondowave, and principal at Band of Angels Fund, Silicon Valley’s seed funding organization.
