InfiniBox will enable the firm to improve response times to customers and reduce the TCO of their storage infrastructure. Menorah Mivtachim chose InfiniBox for its ability to handle data at scale in a small footprint while providing performance and 99.99999% data availability.

Menorah Mivtachim has deployed 1,800TB of InfiniBox storage capacity across two sites. The firm has migrated all of its testing, development and production environments to InfiniBox, which serves all of the firm’s business systems.

We were looking for a reliable and powerful storage solution that will allow us to reduce costs while increasing operational efficiency and improving the effectiveness of our customer service,” said Avi Polak, director of IT infrastructure, Menorah Mivtachim. “We discovered that in addition to lowering storage costs, InfiniBox saves power and floor space at a ratio of 1:12 compared to our previous system, which provides an outstanding TCO. We are impressed with InfiniBox and its ability to ease storage management and deliver improved performance.

More and more data-intensive organizations are realizing that in addition to storing their current volumes of data, they should be preparing for future exponential data growth,” said Reem Hazan, regional technisales director, Infinidat. “InfiniBox provides storage capacity at scale, along with the winning combination of performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness, and all without compromise.

Scalable to multiple petabytes of usable storage capacity in a 42U rack, InfiniBox offers 99.99999% availability and delivers performance of up to one million IO/s. The storage arrays are also power-efficient, drawing a maximum of between 3-8KW at a full load. As a result of its feature set and an all-inclusive software and hardware pricing strategy, InfiniBox provides customers with a low TCO.
