Qnap Systems, Inc. released the Hybrid Backup Sync which integrates backup, restoration and synchronization functions into one QTS app to enhance the efficiency of backup and DR in local, remote and cloud storage.

QNAP_hybrid-backup-sync_1Hybrid Backup Sync is also an hybrid cloud solution that provides multiple ways to create customized job plans for data preservation, including backup from an external device to a company’s NAS, or from one NAS to several local, remote and cloud storage. It supports a variety of options for backup and synchronization, including USB one-touch backup and remote synchronization via RTRR, Rsync, FTP or CIFS/SMB. It supports various cloud services, including Amazon Glacier, Azure Storage, Google Cloud Storage, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Amazon cloud Drive, Yandex Disk, Box and Amazon S3/OpenStack Swift/WebDAV compatible services. It enables users to establish a comprehensive DR plan for important data stored on their firm’s NAS.
