VaultLogix Launching Premier Care Backup Monitoring Solution

VaultLogix LLC, an Intercloud Systems Inc. company, announced Premier Care, a backup monitoring solution designed to ensure clients are backing up all of their critical files, applications and databases.

Proactive monitoring by one of certified experts ensure that backups run smoothly. If a backup issues occurs, a VaultLogix team member will notify customers about the issue and provide a method for correcting the issue.

The addition of Premier Care to the company’s Advantage platform follows the recent release of CloudArc, a long-term cloud archiving solution, and ImagePlus, a component of the Advantage cloud backup solution allowing for local imaging and fast DR.
