Vinci Energies Acquires French APX Intégration
€130 million integrator partnering with DataCore, EMC, NetApp, Quantum, Veeam, etc.

APX Intégration delivers turnkey IT solutions in the areas of storage, servers, networks and virtualisation.
The company employs 360 people and generated revenue of €130 million in 2014.
This acquisition, which remains subject to the approval of the French competition authority, will expand the French market position of Axians, the VINCI Energies ICT (information and communication technologies) brand, notably in the growing cloud and data center segments.
ICT brand of VINCI Energies, Axians currently generates revenue of €1.6 billion in 15 countries and employs 7,000 people.

APX Intégration’s diversified client portfolio (SMEs, large companies, public sector) and ecosystem of major technology partners will be very helpful in driving the expansion of Axians,” said VINCI Energies chairman and CEO Yves Meignié.
