ClearSky Data, Inc., provider of a global storage network that manages the entire enterprise data lifecycle, announced an ecosystem partnership with Digital Realty Trust, Inc., provider of premium data centers, to improve enterprise connectivity and storage infrastructure for users worldwide.

The ClearSky solution is combining the performance and availability of local enterprise storage with the scalability and economics of the cloud. This collaboration will leverage Digital Realty’s global footprint of interconnected world-class data centers to deliver a fully managed, software-defined storage solution to provide enterprises with complete access, control and manageability of data when they need it.

As a result, ClearSky Data will alleviate latency issues and reduce storage costs by more than 60% for global customers.
