Zadara Expands Into Germany

Zadara Storage Ltd, provider of enterprise storage as a service (STaaS), has expanded the availability of its Virtual Private Storage Array (VPSA) service to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Equinix, Inc. in Frankfurt, Germany, adding a second European region to the already existing VPSA service in Dublin, Ireland.

The Frankfurt location is Zadara’s 7th AWS location, 8th Equinix location and 32nd total presence worldwide. With this announcement, Zadara is able to provide customers of AWS and Equinix colocation the suite of Zadara enterprise SaaS, SAN and NAS in the cloud offerings.

The new Frankfurt location offers benefits, including:

• The choice of an additional location within Europe;
• The choice of a location within the boundaries of the Federal Republic of Germany;
• The ability to replicate data between Frankfurt and Dublin; and
• A location with geographical proximity to many central European cities.
