ADR X5 is a storage media production system able to simultaneously copy data onto 80 SSD, USB, CF etc. individually.
Just-In-Time copy technology reliably ensures the availability of the right storage media at the right time and place. X5 copy systems are designed to support customized workflows and copy processes tailored to customers’ specific needs.
Application ranges from automatic storage of individual product-specific data to Just-In-Time production and simple copy processes. When implementing a storage process the company considers and incorporates your entire production workflow and adjust the X5 copy system to your needs.
Every single one of the up to 80 slots is used asynchronously and records data on different storage media (SSD, CFast, CF, USB, SD ,etc.) at up to 140MB/s. After each copy process the data is verified for enhanced accuracy.
X5 systems are scalable. Each drawer can be extended with up to 10 additional slots. In this way performance can be adjusted to existing production needs. The use of adapters enables the storage of data on various media types. This ensures that the X5 can be geared up for future generations of media.
Linking with central ERP or PPS-systems
enables individual Just-In-Time productions
Data can be stored and verified on each medium individually which allows unambiguous allocation to a product or a person. The interfaces and adjustable software plug-in mechanisms of the OpenRC framework facilitate integration of the X5 copy system into your company workflow.
One system – Many possibilities
Customized for your requirement the X5 can be used for a variety of applications where any type of individual physical media is needed. The system is already used in automotive, aviation and security applications.
