UK-Based NCE Acquires The Technology Practice Limited

NCE Computer Group (Europe) Ltd., an independent provider of IT enterprise services and solutions, specialising in the storage and data centre arena based in Wiltshire, UK, has agreed to acquire certain assets and the good will of The Technology Practice Limited, a company specialising in enterprise hardware, software and on-site support based in Glasgow, Scotland, commencing from November 1st 2014.

The Technology Practice Limited have been providers of enterprise, multi vendor IT solutions since 2002. Established as one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers, it will bring experience in networking, product and server sales.

By way of supporting the acquisition, John Wilson, director of The Technology Practice and Jim Bain will be joining NCE as sales managers.

John Wilson has commented: “This is a very positive announcement for both companies and we look forward to expanding NCE Computer Group Europe’s presence in the North of the country. Ultimately, to become part of the successful NCE team was not a difficult decision to make.“

The acquisition will help strengthen the NCE service portfolio as well as assist in widening support throughout the UK.
