Asustor ADM 2.2 OS for All NAS
Includes mail server beta app and support for external optical drives.

In addition to the features released in the beta version, this release will also feature a beta version of the Mail server app and support for external optical drives. The app is a for enterprise users and features encrypted transfers and scheduled backups for email. External optical drive support allows users to connect an external optical drive (CD, DVD, Blu-ray) to their NAS via USB and then use File Explorer to access any files that they have backed up to optical media and even transfer files from optical media to the NAS via drag and drop.
“After considering to the feedback and input provided by our users and making the necessary revisions and optimizations, we are proud to launch the official version of ADM 2.2,” said Steve Huang, product manager, ASUSTOR. “Now ASUSTOR users will be able to safely enjoy all the new functions.“
The OS is available for all NAS models. After upgrading, users will be able to enjoy more comprehensive cloud functionality along with add-on apps from App Central. The company will also soon release the AiFoto mobile app that will allow users to sync, manage and browse photos on their NAS from their mobile devices.
