Tony Carrozza SVP WW Sales, QLogic

QLogic Corp. has appointed Tony Carrozza to the position of SVP of WW sales, effective immediately.

 He has more than 30 years of executive sales leadership experience in the server and storage industries and joins QLogic following key roles as EVP of WW sales at Silicon Graphics International Corporation and SVP of WW sales at Quantum Corporation.

“We are extremely pleased to have Tony join QLogic as our SVP of WW sales,” said Prasad Rampalli, president and CEO, QLogic. “He brings a unique set of sales leadership and management experience that will enhance our executive team.”

“QLogic’s leadership position in the FC market, combined with their recently acquired Ethernet portfolio, uniquely positions the company to provide not only a broad range of server I/O solutions, but also value-added storage and networking solutions to a broad range of enterprise and cloud customers,” said Carrozza. “I am excited about joining QLogic and leading the worldwide sales team as the company capitalizes on these growth opportunities.”

Carrozza will report to Rampalli.
