Cactus Reveals 230S Series Commercial Grade 2.5-Inch 6Gb SATA MLC SSD

Cactus Technologies, Ltd. announced the 230S Series Commercial Grade 2.5″ SATA III SSD.

This 2.5″ SATA III SSD is based on quality and reliability MLC NAND and designed to industry standard 2.5″ form factor and SATA-IO group’s specifications.

Support for ATA generation I, II and III transfer rates of 1.5, 3.0 and 6.0Gb/s ensures performance.

Available in capacities from 128GB to 640GB the 230S MLC SATA III SSD meets a range of OEM requirements.
