Recovery Toolbox Updating Outlook Recovery Tool ($75)
Compatible from Outlook 97 onward and recover PST of up to 4TB
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on June 19, 2014 at 2:59 pmRecovery Toolbox Inc. released a modified version of Outlook Recovery Toolbox, a tool intended for users who don’t know how to recover Outlook emails on their own, without outsourcing the task to external service providers.
This version allows users to extract emails and other items from files damaged in the worst cases of data corruption, where other tools fail to produce any result.
It is a compact PST recovery tool that enables users with and without data recovery experience to open damaged Outlook data files and extract their contents to healthy and compacted PST files or an array of EML, MSG, VCF or TXT files on the users hard drive.
Thanks to the simplicity of the user interface and automation of the email extraction process, the program is a tailored choice for users of all skill levels, especially non-professionals facing the problem of PST corruption and willing to find out how to recover Outlook data in a quick manner.
It restores all standard Outlook objects, including emails, attachments, calendar entries, tasks, notes and contacts, and preserves the original folder structure. When the user chooses to convert all recoverable items into separate files, the program recreates the folder structure of the original file in the user-specified folder.
The software works with PST files of all major versions, starting from Outlook 97, and supports recovery and conversion of Microsoft Exchange OST files of version 5.0 and above. It handles PST files of any size (up to 4TB) and can be used for restoring the contents of password-protected PST storages.
“Being one of our most popular tools, Outlook Recovery Toolbox was among the first products to get our newest engine,” commented Victor Bobrov, head of technology, Recovery Toolbox. “Our internal benchmarks and tests conducted by our beta testers confirmed that the efforts we invested in the development of the new core were not a waste of time the speed of recovery went up by a fair margin, and so did the stability of the program and the quality of data recovery.“
