Jelastic Provides PaaS to Romanian Cloud Provider

Jelastic, Inc. a company that deliver Platform-as-Infrastructure, announced that Star Storage SA, a Romanian provider for storage, archiving and information management solutions, IT outsourcing and cloud services, has selected the company’s cloud platform to deliver PaaS to its customers.

The solution will be delivered as StarVault Elasticloud, part of the cloud services portfolio offered by Star Storage, which provides, based on its own tier-3 data center located in Bucharest, services ranging from collocation and hosting services to IaaS, SaaS and private cloud implementation.

The PaaS delivers to service providers like Star Storage with a path to recurring revenue by offering a cloud solution that delivers PaaS and IaaS in one. Service providers can deploy and deliver PaaS services to their customers via a software stack. The solution provides scalability, integration and HA for hosters and their customers.
