Kroll Ontrack to Offer Blancco/Regenersis Software

Kroll Ontrack, Inc. and Blancco Oy Ltd announced a partnership whereby Kroll Ontrack will be offering Blancco’s marketing suite of erasure software to corporations, refurbishing companies and government entities.

Through this alliance, Blancco’s erasure software will be backed by Kroll Ontrack’s erasure and validation services as well as Ontrack Eraser Degausser, providing Kroll Ontrack’s global customer base with an erasure strategy supported by a more expansive data erasure software suite in terms of supported media and platforms.

Forming a data erasure solution that combines erasure software from Blancco with degausser technology and erasure services from Kroll Ontrack enables customers to work with one point of contact for all their data erasure needs.

Specifically, Blancco solutions available through Kroll Ontrack include: Blancco 5 for servers, laptops and PCs; Blancco Mobile for smartphones and tablets; and Blancco File and LUN for selective data erasure. These and other Blancco solutions can be centrally managed through the Blancco Management Console, creating a complete, auditable data erasure management (DEM) process with consolidation of detailed erasure reports.

Also, Blancco erasure products are now supported by Kroll Ontrack services. These services include onsite or remote erasure, technical support from Kroll Ontrack engineers that are certified to support Blancco solutions, and Kroll Ontrack’s independent evaluation and analysis and that verifies no data can be recovered from the storage device – even by experts.
