Herb Schneider SVP Engineering, Nebula

He brings more than 25 years of experience in systems hardware and software engineering in enterprise flash storage and enterprise networking. He will drive R&D for the company and will report to Gordon Stitt, Nebula CEO.

Schneider has a track record of engineering products that generated over $2 billion in revenue and was responsible for the shipment of 20 million Ethernet ports. He engineered the development of next-generation technology including five generations of custom networking ASICs, two generations of network OSs, and three generations of fixed and modular hardware platforms. He also holds several patents in data networking and security.
“Herb brings his extensive experience in developing enterprise systems that included both optimized hardware and software – a key criteria for delivering a packaged, turnkey enterprise private cloud solution for compute, storage and networking, such as Nebula One,” said Stitt. “I am pleased and excited to have Herb serve as Nebula’s VP of engineering where he will lead innovative product development and programs and provide leadership across our R&D efforts.”
